WARCAN is an interactive, on line website, for the registration of warranties for contract services; including, materials and/or equipment that are installed or applied (by the various types of trades) on construction projects or as supplied by manufacturers. WARCAN was developed to satisfy a need for the overseeing and management of warranty information in the service industry. Every year millions of dollars are lost due to deficiencies in warranted items that were not inspected before the expiry date. |
